Aarogya Club – Online Yoga Community
Context
Many women were eager to practice yoga for health and wellness but faced barriers: • Lack of access to in-person classes due to location or time constraints. • Difficulty using complex apps or YouTube tutorials because of low technical literacy. • Limited motivation without a sense of community or personal guidance. Goal: Make yoga simple, accessible, and community-driven for women with minimal tech barriers.
Solution
We launched Aarogya Club, a community-driven yoga program using WhatsApp groups to share daily live class links, reminders, and motivational content. This simplified access, reduced technical hurdles, and gave participants a sense of belonging and support.
About Product
Built under the Swayampoorna Foundation’s wellness initiative, Aarogya Club focused on habit-building, accessibility, and inclusion. It not only promoted health but also served as a gateway to other women-focused initiatives like Myma.
