The challenge was not interest, but helping people stay regular without making it complicated.

People value spiritual practices but struggle to stay consistent.
Time, complexity, and lack of structure make it difficult to continue regularly.
Approach
The focus was to make the process simple and easy to follow.
Instead of creating something new, we used platforms people were already comfortable with.
Execution
Content was shared in a structured way through WhatsApp.
Audio and video formats, along with reminders, helped people stay consistent without pressure.
My Role
I worked on understanding the problem, structuring the flow, and executing it end to end.
This included content planning, system setup, and managing user experience across groups.
Outcome
• 7,800+ participants across batches
• Strong participation from working professionals and youth
• Improved consistency in daily practice
• Participation from users across locations
