Managing daily attendance, late marks, expenses, and customer loan applications was highly manual for multistate businesses, consuming significant time, effort, and cost. Additionally, many employees had low technical literacy, making existing CMS portals complex and underused. The goal was to create a simplified, mobile-first solution for smoother business operations and better user adoption.

We built Pavanraje BMS as a user-friendly SaaS product, designed around real workflows and mobile-first adoption. The pilot app simplified attendance, expense management, and loan tracking, making operations faster and easier for staff with limited technical experience.
