Context

Many women in India have skills and potential but lack confidence, guidance, and opportunities to build financial independence. Barriers ranged from social norms, health issues, and family opposition to low awareness, trust gaps, and limited exposure. Our goal was to understand these challenges deeply and create a platform that educates, motivates, and connects women to real opportunities.

Solution

We launched Swayampoorna Foundation as a women-first initiative combining research, motivational storytelling, education, and opportunity creation. By building trust and enabling communities, we connected women to earning platforms and inspired them to step into independence.
