Swayampoorna

This initiative focuses on helping women move from learning to earning.

The goal was not just motivation, but creating clear paths where they can take action.

Understanding

Many women have skills but lack confidence and direction.

The main gap was not ability, but access, awareness, and support.

Approach

The focus was to build a system that connects learning with real opportunities.

Instead of one platform, the idea was to create multiple entry points based on interest and capability.

Execution

Built communities on WhatsApp and Facebook to engage and guide users.

Created campaigns and pathways that connected women to platforms like Myma, Maan India, and others.

My Role

I was involved in building this from the ground up.

This included research, planning, campaigns, community building, and connecting users to real opportunities.

Outcome

• 10,000+ women reached

• Active participation across communities

• Multiple pathways created for earning

• Expansion into offline activities and networks

Connected Platforms

The idea was to connect women to different platforms based on their interests, so they can move from learning to actual earning.
